Sunday Blues

Hey all, and happy Sunday!
(Even though the Sunday Scaries are reaaaalllll right now)
Just a quick post to share this very blue outfit! Over the weekend I shot this amazing, simple, and striking look in New Hope, PA.
Check it out  >>>>

This look was really about playing with color, and having a clean, sleek feel to it. I won't lie, I definitely got some strange looks while shooting this, but it just made it even more exhilarating!

A little tip: always check the sale racks of stores, there's always hidden gems! I found both of these pieces separate at Burlington. Like I said, you never know what you're going to find!

My NYR? Brunch More.

January 2, 2019

Brunch; it's not just a meal... it's a lifestyle. Actually, dare I say a WAY of life. A sacred meal. The best time of the day. A blessing.

Alright, I'm done... that was even too extra for me.

But what about brunch, you ask? Well, for New Year's Day I headed back to Hatch44 Cafe in Metuchen in search of the perfect first-day-of-a-new-year-so-this-has-to-be-good kind of meal, and let's just say, it set the mood for 2019: Victorious.

Take a look why-

^ I never knew I needed this until now.

2019, I'm ready for you!

I truly felt like I was in a Winter Wonderland. It was so cozy inside- the twinkle lights and winter decor were amazing! As I sat there and planned out my New Year's goals for myself, I felt at home.

Not only was the place beautiful, but the staff was exceptional. I was greeted with a smile by everyone, and even got to meet the owner! It was awesome to see a business owner so hands on, and wanting to make sure everyone in the whole restaurant was having a great time. A+ from me.

Not only does this place have all the vibes, but the food was absolutely delicious. Pictured above are the Grilled Cheese Please (eggs, bacon, cheese, with tomato soup on the side. Yes, my mouth is watering all over again), and the Classic French Brioche Toast. The drinks were two lattes off of the winter drink menu called Rudolph the Red Velvet and White Winter Wonderland and they were amazing (to drink and look at).
Make sure you get there to try these before winter is over!

Needless to say, I was in Brunch Heaven.
